2016 Fitness Goals

  1. PR my favorite Half Marathon (shooting for under 2 hours)
  2. Become a better soccer player, improve ball control and shooting
  3. Lose weight and reduce body fat
  4. Fit comfortably into my 2015/2016 Arsenal Home Jersey before the season ends

Steps I’m taking to achieve my goals:

  • Joined a gym, committed to three workouts per week
  • Hired a personal trainer – working with him 1x per week
  • Playing 5-7 soccer games per week
  • Maintain regular yoga practice
  • Begin training for 10K race in March
  • Adjust eating habits without making myself miserable
